2. How long after its charged will I receive my order?
Normal delivery for in-stock merchandise generally takes up to 5 to 10 business days to get to you from the day it's charged.

6. Do you ship internationally ?
Yes! We do ship internationally. Your shipping charge is based on weight and zip code. You are responsible for all applicable tax, duties, and customs fees. Prices paid in U.S. dollars only.
7. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes and FPO.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. If an item you selected is on backorder, your credit card will be charged at the time it is shipped to you.
9. How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please call toll free (888) SWM-BAIT / 796-8848 and speak with a customer representative. You may not cancel an order via email. Order cancellations must be made within seventy-two hours of originally placing the order.
10. How long after I place an order does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will only be charged for items when they are shipped. If any items you selected are on backorder, your credit card will be charged at the time they ship to you.
11. Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
12. Address Validation
To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the U.S. Postal Service's database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.
10. Tax policy
Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order).
Some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order.
Tax, if applicable, is also applied to the shipping and handling charges associated to the taxable items in your order.
If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
